The Prime Minister Internship Scheme (PMIS) is a government initiative aimed at enhancing the employability of students by providing structured internship opportunities in collaboration with industry partners and government institutions. It seeks to bridge the gap between academic learning and practical workplace experience.

• The objectives and structure of PMIS were explained in detail to the staff, based on the recent Capacity Building Workshop held at IIT Delhi Extension, Sonipat.
• Faculty members raised queries and concerns, which were duly addressed by the Principal and TPO.

• The target group—mainly final-year undergraduate students and other eligible batches—was clearly discussed.
